Our quiet, family-oriented neighborhood is in Owasso, Oklahoma, approximately 15 minutes north of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Owasso is one of the fastest-growing communities in the state of Oklahoma. The Bailey Ranch Estates and Sawgrass Park neighborhood has 524 homes. We have a community pool, two playgrounds, three neighborhood ponds with walking trails, and a rentable clubhouse for our association members to enjoy.
